  1. Can IncrediPower be accessed from anywhere?

    • Yes! We have several different means of accessing your data from anywhere and everywhere. That is the key to the power behind IncrediPower™. You don’t have to leave it behind, you can have it when you need it the most!

  2. Can sections of IncrediPower be restricted for some users, or do all users have access to all data?

    • Yes! We have different levels of “access” based on the rights assigned to the user name and password assigned to each user. In fact, there is an entire section that is exclusively for administrator/management personnel only. This is a critical aspect of the software, as it protects the ‘sensitive data’ that needs to be accessed only by management.
  3. Can portions of IncrediPower be saved to a CD or flash drive, such as tax information to give to accountant? 

    • Absolutely! That’s just one of the powerful features of IncrediPower ™. Any portion of the data can be ‘sectioned out’ and utilized for many different purposes, whether it is figures to share with the accountant, a mailing list to share with a colleague, or a phone list to utilize to contact a portion of the database.
  4. How long does it take to learn IncrediPower?

    • Minutes?!   Maybe a few hours? We know. This is quite unbelievable. In fact, we’ve been told by a software purchaser for a major corporation, that “if someone can learn it in a month, you’ve got a goldmine!” To be quite honest, it has never ceased to amaze us how fast our clients have caught on to learning the system. When the program was being designed, simplicity and duplicity were always kept in mind. So once a user learns a few basics of how to enter names, addresses and phone numbers, the method is used almost throughout the entire program! So all you need to do is learn the basics of the system, duplicate the method and whalla! You know how to use IncrediPower
  5. What are IncrediLinks?

    • Great question! They are an extremely powerful feature of the program that are used to locate many different types of information. Whether it be photographs, MS Word Documents, Excel Spreadsheets, PDF files, favorite websites, you name it!

  6. Would IncrediPower be useful for busy families?

    • That is probably one of the most unique aspects of IncrediPower ™. It is entirely scalable! A new user can start out with the most basic version that only manages names, addresses, phone numbers, and emails. As their needs change, so can IncrediPower ™! It can grow from a basic address book to total business (or medical practice) management! Unbelievable, but true!

  7. How does IncrediPower handle emails? Is it like Outlook or does the user need to change their email address? 

    • IncrediPower works hand in hand with Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, and several other email systems. As everyone already knows, we all have our favorite way to manage our mail. But when you start understanding how limited an email system is at managing information, and only one type of information that we all have bombarding us on a daily basis, you will understand that there must be a better way. There is! And it’s called IncrediPower ™!

    • You may be searching for information that come to you in a form that you can’t remember. Email? Phone call? Or something you sent. Via Email. Fax? Snail mail? Or maybe text message or phone call. What system do you know that can search all of these media, and find the information you’re looking for in seconds? There is only one answer. IncrediPower ™!

  8. How does IncrediPower handle phone calls? 

    • Very simply! Let’s take the following situation, for example.

      You need to call Jones Inc. and need to talk to Mike about the $985.42 worth of overcharges on your account.

      • Scenario 1: Make the call like you normally do.

        Call and ask to talk with Mike. After going though the gatekeeper, and 3 other assistants assigned to screening Mike’s calls, you finally get the satisfaction of talking to a supervisor about your account. The person is absolutely fantastic and takes care of the situation and says you are “good to go”. No problem. The overcharges have been deleted and your account is clear and has a zero balance.

        After 1 ½ hours, you are finished arguing your point, and have successfully convinced them that it was an error in THEIR bookkeeping.

        Your spouse comes home and together you jump up and down for joy, and are elated with the great customer service you have received!!!!

        1 month later: An invoice arrives in the mail. You are IRATE that what you have already taken care of is now again a major issue. Unbelievable, but true. Your worst nightmare has just arrived in your mailbox.

        You call the company, can’t get through the gatekeeper, and they state that you are liable for the $985.42 charges, and the account will be forwarded to “collections” if not paid within 48 hours.

      • Scenario 2: You take an extra minute or two to document a phone call as it proceeds through the myriad of roadblocks, and all of a sudden you become the person in control of the situation.

        May 19, 2008

        9:55 AM (auto time stamp) you talk with Mary (the gatekeeper) and convince her that you need to talk to Mike about the $985.42 overcharges on your account.

        9:57 AM Mary puts you on Hold while she transfers your call.

        10:09 AM Mark answers, and asks how he can help. After explaining the whole situation again, he agrees that it was a mistake on the part of their accounting dept. He will forward your call to Madonna, and she will document it and clear your overcharges.

        10:27 AM Madonna answers and is very helpful and understanding, but states that she is not the right person to talk to. You actually need to talk to Bob. She transfers your call.

        10:49 AM Bob answers, and assures you that everything that has already been determined by the previous people which you’ve talked to, is correct, and he will clear your account of the $985.42 overcharge. Bob asks you to hold so that a supervisor can verify your account information and finalize the cancellation of charges.

        11:20 AM Marcus Jones thanks you for your patience, and says that the overcharge was a mistake on their part, and will be refunded to your checking account within 4 hours. He gives you the following confirmation number: 1A-S232T48482.

        11:25 AM Phone call ends.

        1 month later: An invoice arrives in the mail. You are IRATE that what you have already taken care of is now again a major issue. Unbelievable, but true. Your worst nightmare has just arrived in your mailbox.

        You call the company, talk to the gatekeeper and state that on May 19, 2008 you had a conversation with Marcus Jones at 11:20 AM and he thanked you for your patience, and says that the overcharge was a mistake on their part, and will be refunded to your checking account within 4 hours. Confirmation number 1A-S232T48482.


        Only because you had a powerful system, and made a little extra effort to document the call, (and had a way to recall it in seconds, a months later) you saved yourself almost $1000.00!!!
