  • Chat with a live assistant during daily business hours between 9:00 am & 5:00 pm Eastern.
  • During non-office hours, you will still be able to send us an email message via the Live Support window found on IncrediPower website.

Remote Assistance

Certain questions may require the remote assistance of an IncrediPower representative. He or she will be able to log into your IncrediPower installation from a remote location to help you resolve any issues you may be dealing with.

  • Please use the Live Support (Live Chat) feature to contact us regarding the scheduling of any Remote Assistance session.
  • Remote assistance is available to all IncrediPower paid subscribers.
  • An internet connection is required to perform Live Remote Assistance.
